By far the most honest & affordable HVAC contractor for business in Rapid City / Black Hills Region ... where too many contractors are dishonest and take advantage of our isolated towns and city + Excellent Service and the best company for heating cooling & ductwork ( some small electrician services too! ) + Very experienced, kind and qualified! Over a decade of ridiculous bids for bad work and fly by nights... we finally met the owner of Buzz's and we can progress so much better making our customers happy!
Bryan was a 5-star gentleman. He had my heater diagnosed quickly and efficiently. He priced the parts and quoted a reasonable solution and price. He was also friendly and approachable. I used Buzz Heating And Cooling for a mini split that stopped blowing cold air. The five star review is because the owner communicated well, prices were reasonable and the follow through was on par.
Buzz came out 25 miles with some great help to install a floor heater on weekend.. Great job. Highly recommend,
I called at 6:59 on a Tuesday when he closes at 7. He picked up and I had service the next day earlier than expected. Our temps outside were in the 90s and we reside in trailer home, so rightfully so, it got pretty hot indoors. He was thorough and efficient and our home is cool again. We will use his services again in the future.

Buzz came at the drop of a hat in 90 degree heat when our AC broke. He fixed it in under an hour & charged appropriately. I will be using him for all future work!
